How to cook & serve | Pre-heat the oven at 85°C with steam. Use parchment paper sheet between the tray and the pasta. From frozen product: put the fagotto into the pre-heated oven at 85°C and cook for 15’. From defrosted product (for 12 hours in the fridge): put the fagotto into the pre-heated oven at 85°C for 5’ |
