Our only preservative: the cold!
Each of our recipes combines four ingredients: tradition, innovation, taste and well-being.
Our production chain is simple but effective. Donato Sabatelli selects the seeds of his ancient grains that are grown in the Tavoliere delle Puglie. His grain is ground to be used for the production of pasta. The simple or filled pasta is then destined both for sale and for the preparation of frozen ready meals, enriched with the excellence of the territory: meat, fish, vegetables, dairy products.
We have a weakness for the Mediterranean diet. As an authentic Apulian, we make our contribution to the spread of good healthy food by drawing on tradition and science: together with dieticians and nutritionists, we balance our recipes to offer tasty, healthy and natural products.
We do not use added preservatives. We were inspired by nature using the cold chain that allows us to preserve our products in a natural way. The "subzero" becomes a guarantee of quality and integrity of Sabatelli production.

We collaborate with important research and development institutes: ISPA CNR, University of Bari, IRCSS Saverio DeBellis, La Salute Mela Mangio.
We constantly work on the digitization of critical information processes: traceability and traceability of raw materials in real time.
Our cold is mainly produced by solar energy. Since 2017 we have been producing 70% of the company's energy needs thanks to the positioning of photovoltaic panels.
Our ready meals are packaged in eco-friendly containers, to support environmental needs with greater awareness.
