Vegetables in casserole with basmati rice

Cauliflower, peppers, carrots topped with tikka masala sauce and served with basmati rice.
INGREDIENTS: chickpeas, carrots, cherry tomato, baking soda, salt, mix of vegetables (yellow carrots, orange carrots, sweet peas, mini corn cobs), white cabbage, extra virgin olive oil, butter, salt, vegetable broth, spices and flavorings.
INGREDIENTS rice: basmati rice, water, salt.
INGREDIENTS sauce: red peppers, 100% Italian tomato pulp, extra virgin olive oil, corn starch, yogurt, cream, soy sauce, ginger, masala, paprika, curry, spices and flavorings.
INGREDIENTS garnish: cashew, sesame seeds, soy seeds.
ALLERGENS: milk and dairy, nuts, sesame, soy.
Microwave preparation method (recommended): remove the plate from the cardboard, do not lift the protective film; place in the microwave and heat for 5 minutes at 750W. If you defrost the dish for 12-24h in the fridge cook it for 2 minutes at 750W.
Traditional oven preparation method: remove the plate from the cardboard, do not lift the protective film; preheat the oven at 180° C in convectional mode, place in the oven and cook for 20 - 25 minutes. If you defrost the dish for 12-24h in the fridge cook it for 10 minutes at 180° C.
