Oat porridge
“Porridge, nutritious and complete, is the traditional Anglo-Saxon breakfast. You can only appreciate it, especially if garnished with delicious red fruits, first choice seeds and light coconut petals”
Protein dish based on oat flakes and milk, garnished with red fruits, a mix of seeds and coconut in petals.
INGREDIENTS porridge: oat flakes, chia seeds, apple juice, fresh vanilla berries, oat milk.
INGREDIENTS sauce: greek yogurt, honey, salt.
INGREDIENTS garnish: red fruits, coconut flakes, pecan nuts, goji berries.
ALLERGENS: gluten, milk and dairy, shell fruits (nuts).
Microwave preparation method (recommended): remove the plate from the cardboard, do not lift the protective film; place in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes at 750W. If you defrost the dish for 12-24h in the fridge cook it for 1 minute at 750W.
Traditional oven preparation method: remove the plate from the cardboard, do not lift the protective film; preheat the oven at 180° C in convectional mode, bake and cook for
12 minutes. If you defrost the dish for 12-24h in the fridge cook it for 6 minutes at 180° C.
